Steven moved to Canada in 2012 as a young student from India with a lot of dreams. He didn't know Canada was waiting for him with a lot of amazing surprises. In 2020, he bought his first home with his wife. They had a lot of questions as first-time home buyers which were answered by their Realtor followed by great customer service. Steven's personal transaction aspired him to a career in Real Estate. Buying or Selling a home is the biggest transaction of one's life and Steven wants to be there for his clients in every step of the transaction.
Steven holds Bachelors of Computer Application from India and has completed Post Grad in Hospitality Management from Seneca College of Applied Science and Arts. He has 10+ years of experience in the customer service industry managing a team and proven customer satisfaction. We dealt with Safa Ahmed for selling our Condominium. We wanted to deal with buying of our house as well, but she has a very unprofessional attitude. She asked us (client) to drive her to the listing for showing. After showing, she forgot to put the key in Lockbox and asked us (client) to drive 50km back to the listing location in order to do so.
She discussed our financial restrictions in buying a house in between a house party, which felt very unprofessional and privacy being breached. She has zero client dealing and communication skills. Upon not being able to score a buying deal from me, she blocked my number before the closing of my (client) condominium. Her constant unnecessary emails regarding house cleanup, are unnecessary and not helpful but full of taunting and disrespect. Unfortunately, I’m compelled to say, Safa with her attitude lost a potential buying deal, plus our word of mouth to recommend her as a realtor.

Agent named “Safa ahmad” has been with us in our selling an apartment and initially we communicated to buy from her too(which later we decided to not do seeing her dealing), highly unprofessional attitude, played & tried to trick us into paying charges which we were not suppose to, tried to become buyer(us) agent in secondary deal and pressurising us to increase our budget and aggressively making strong statements like “this budget doesn’t work in market for what you looking for etc” didn’t know how to open door locks with code, went us on showing in our personal car, maybe thinking up to save the fuel, forgotten key with seller realtor and asked us to drive additional 50 kms just to return it , blocked us from calls and whatsapp immediately her part of deal is done.
Considering us to be her former friends, idk what she might take wrong in your deal being stranger, be vigilant.
