I appreciate all the help in buying our home through Natty Minhas. Her marketing strategies, negotiation skills, and attention to detail made the process easy and lucrative for us, and we couldn’t be happier we chose you to find a house for us. I have to hand it to Natty — you have to be one of the most diligently communicative professionals I’ve ever worked with. Buying a home in this market can be so complicated, but you kept us updated at the drop of a hat whenever we had concerns. We’re so grateful for the effort you put in to keep us informed and confident while navigating this major milestone. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all the hard work you put in for us over these past few months. You made the home buying process a breeze, and we couldn’t have done it without your expertise and guidance.
Working with Safa was an absolute delight!! Her expertise and dedication made finding our perfect home a breeze. I felt supported and well-informed throughout the entire process. Safa is the epitome of a top-notch realtor, and I highly recommend her services to anyone in search of their dream home.
Safa was patient with me and my fiancé and made our preferences her top priority. She was very responsive and helpful through out the process. She helped us find the perfect apartment for us. I would highly recommend Safa to anyone looking for a place ☺️
With the way the market is going these days it was necessary for me and my partner to find a real estate agent that we could trust, that could get us an apartment within a months time, that would recommend us what we are looking for. Safa Ahmed filled that role exceptionally well. She was professional, soft spoken, articulate and extremely patient with us during our search. She looked out for us, gave us plenty of recommendations and even booked apartments for us that fit within both our desired time slots (something we both tried ourselves and got nowhere), even during the weekends. When it came down to paperwork, she came in clutch and got us through this frantic sellers market. I would wholeheartedly recommend her. She has a lovely attitude, and always put us in our preferences first, like a true representative. 🙂
I had the pleasure of collaborating with Safa and Natty, both of whom exuded a remarkable degree of professionalism and kindness throughout our collaboration.
Natty is the kindest and most compassionate person, treats you with utmost care, as if you were family. She empathizes with the challenges you face and goes the extra mile to deliver an outstanding service, exceeding her responsibilities. Lots of Love and Happy Manifesting! 🏼
Natty is a beautiful spirited, kind and gentle realtor who takes care of you like her own. Being an international student she understands the pain points and strives her best and goes above and beyond her duties to provide exceptional service. Thank you for being their Sister Khala! Loads of love and blessings to you!!
We dealt with Safa Ahmed for selling our Condominium. We wanted to deal with buying of our house as well, but she has a very unprofessional attitude. She asked us (client) to drive her to the listing for showing. After showing, she forgot to put the key in Lockbox and asked us (client) to drive 50km back to the listing location in order to do so. She discussed our financial restrictions in buying a house in between a house party, which felt very unprofessional and privacy being breached. She has zero client dealing and communication skills. Upon not being able to score a buying deal from me, she blocked my number before the closing of my (client) condominium. Her constant unnecessary emails regarding house cleanup, are unnecessary and not helpful but full of taunting and disrespect. Unfortunately, I’m compelled to say, Safa with her attitude lost a potential buying deal, plus our word of mouth to recommend her as a realtor.
Agent named “Safa ahmad” has been with us in our selling an apartment and initially we communicated to buy from her too(which later we decided to not do seeing her dealing), highly unprofessional attitude, played & tried to trick us into paying charges which we were not suppose to, tried to become buyer(us) agent in secondary deal and pressurising us to increase our budget and aggressively making strong statements like “this budget doesn’t work in market for what you looking for etc” didn’t know how to open door locks with code, went us on showing in our personal car, maybe thinking up to save the fuel, forgotten key with seller realtor and asked us to drive additional 50 kms just to return it , blocked us from calls and whatsapp immediately her part of deal is done. Considering us to be her former friends, idk what she might take wrong in your deal being stranger, be vigilant.
I would like to give a BIG THANKYOU on behalf of my entire family to Natty . THANKYOU SOO MUCH DEAR NATTY FOR THE MISSION ACCOMPLISHED, WHICH SEEMED ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE, AND WHICH GOT COMPLETED ONLY THROUGH YOUR GUIDANCE ,SUPPORT AND CONSTANT FOLLOW UP. It wouldn't have been possible without her patience , professional attitude and constant encouragement to us ,when we were losing all hopes of renting .She undoubtedly, went out of the way to help us get our first rental in Ontario . Our transition from B.C to Ontario wouldn't have been possible without her constant help and support .She was always available as a family member, whenever we needed her guidance and advise. I strongly recommend her for all the property related requirements .If there was an option of giving 1000 stars , I would be more than happy to give her without any hesitation as she truly deserves it .Hats off to Natty and she is a real gem and a beautiful person in and out .Stay blessed ♥️♥️
